RECRUITMENT PROCESS

APPLICATION

Upon release of job vacancy on our website, online job portals, and social media sites, you may send in your résumé to the talent acquisition team (TOATalent@toa.com.ph).

EXAMINATION

After the talent team has scheduled an interview, you will be invited to take an accounting exam here in our Clark office.

PRELIMINARY SCREENING

Our talent acquisition officer will conduct an initial screening through series of tests such as behavioral and aptitude testing. If you pass this exam, you will be endorsed to the talent acquisition manager for a final interview, before being recommended to a client.

SECONDARY SCREENING

You will also undergo another interview with our account manager in Australia, via Skype.

HIRING INTERVIEW

If you pass the screening process, we will arrange a Skype conference for you and your potential client. Then, you will be shortlisted and you will just have to wait for us to call you for the final decision. If you passed the overall assessment, you will be invited for a meeting with our HR Team for the contract offer and scheduled day of boarding.

TRAINING & BOARDING

Upon accepting the job offer, you will go through orientation and training before officially boarding.
