Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing, developing and maintaining efficient and confidential administrative support to the client. This position operates with a high degree of independence in performing the duties of the position while maintaining open communication with the client
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the specified timeframe and with a minimum number of errors or omissions
  • Maintenance of the CRM and ensuring all information is recorded, updated and accurate at all times
  • Preparation of timely and accurate presentation and reports using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, etc.
  • Required to take/make phone calls
  • Respond to emails when necessary


To be considered for this role, you will need to be:

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate
  • With at least 2-3 years working experience and up
  • With excellent English Communication skills
  • Extensive computer and internet literacy
  • Superb typing skills
  • Proficiency with advanced MS Office applications including Word, Excel, etc.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all output
  • Fast learner with minimum supervision
  • Must know how to multi-task
  • Working well under pressure
  • Prior experience in an administration role
