TOA Global welcomes new VP of People Experience

Tara Caldwell to design and lead all People & Culture programs

TOA Global is pleased to announce that Tara Caldwell has joined the company as VP of People Experience, effective Jan. 12, 2021.

Based on the Gold Coast, Australia, Tara will deliver high-impact people and culture programs, centered around performance management, team engagement and bringing the Wow to the employee experience. This involves her focus on helping our clients simultaneously personalize and scale their people leadership skills and grow their business success with our proven frameworks.

Tara will be responsible for delivering People & Culture programs globally, including employee engagement, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, wellness, and people analytics.

She will also manage and engage an offshore team, direct all functional aspects of Human Resource Management and People & Culture, and partner with functional and regional leaders globally to deliver a comprehensive, multi-year, global People Experience strategic framework.

Tara brings global big brand experience to TOA Global, as well as a personal approach to delivering HR excellence and a curiosity for learning. She has a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences from Griffith University.

Prior to joining TOA Global, Tara was the Senior Human Resources Manager for Adidas, the second largest sportswear and merchandise retailer spanning more than 2,000 stores globally, under its North America branch in New York. She has also held HR positions in Australia, New Zealand and the U.K., for companies such as Coca-Cola Amatil and Sage Software. She will report to Megan Reed, CPO of TOA Global and TOA Global Academy.
