Fees

  • SSS – Is a government agency that provides retirement and health benefits to all paid up employees in the Philippines.
  • Pag-ibig – This is to provide a national savings program and affordable shelter financing for the Filipino worker.
  • Philhealth – It states its goal as insuring a sustainable national health insurance program for the Filipino workers and their families.
  • 13th month – Is a form of monetary benefit equivalent to the monthly basic compensation received by an employee, computed pro-rated according to the number of months within a year that the employee has rendered service to the employer.
  • Rice Subsidy & Transportation Allowance – Additional benefits to all TOA employees.
  • Heatlh Card – Health insurance provided to all TOA employees.
  • Training Fee – Is a charge applied to the courses/trainings the employee will take. The training courses covered in this fee are, Foundation Skills, Leadership Development, Professional Development and Technical Development.
