TOA Global welcomes new Chief Customer Officer

Kelly Segat to lead and support VP and general managers in driving client success

TOA Global is pleased to announce that Kelly Segat has joined the company as Chief Customer Officer, effective Jan. 12, 2021.

Based on the Gold Coast, Australia, Kelly will lead the TOA Global strategic objectives of growth and customer success. More specifically, she will be responsible for leading and supporting our North America General Manager and Australia/New Zealand General Manager, as well as the VP of Client Success, in their efforts to grow their regions and bring the Wow to our current and future clients.

Kelly is an innovative leader with global success in the “B2B people space.” She has led international teams at organisations such as Linkedin and Singtel to execute high-growth strategies centered around customer success, talent acquisition and people experience. Kelly also has a background as an Executive Coach specialising in leadership and organizational performance.

Kelly is passionate about delivering customer first and people enabled strategies to positively impact business outcomes through attraction, development and retention.

Prior to joining TOA Global, Kelly worked at Inkling Group as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Coach. She will report to Craig Mansell, CEO of TOA Global.
