TOA Global’s Big Breakfast series brought together more than 285 clients across five cities, providing opportunities for clients to network, share accounting practice management insights, and listen to the latest updates about outsourcing accounting.
This year, we brought the series to Brisbane (3 March), Adelaide (5 March), Sydney (10 March), Melbourne (13 March), and for the first time, Auckland (11 April).
Each morning began with the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee, followed by a delicious spread of hot breakfasts, pastries, and fresh fruit.
All of TOA Global’s onshore Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) attended, joined by members of the Philippine CRM team who traveled to connect with clients face-to-face—some of them for the first time.
Accounting practice management experiences and strategies
TOA Global’s Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand, Mareta Akari, opened each session with a business update and key insights from Beyond the Numbers, our latest brand survey.
The results resonated with attendees, particularly around shared challenges such as improving operational efficiency.
According to feedback, the standout moments of the Big Breakfast were the opportunities to meet their CRMs in person, network with peers, and exchange valuable business and accounting practice management insights with fellow leaders and accounting firm owners.
A group activity encouraged table discussions around the biggest challenges and opportunities firms faced. This sparked meaningful conversations, with participants exchanging their experiences, ideas, and proven strategies to unlock the full potential of outsourcing accounting teams.
Insights on leadership and outsourcing accounting
What do accounting practice leaders want most in 2025? That’s one of the questions we answered in our Beyond the Numbers accounting industry survey. Each attendee received the survey highlights as part of a workbook distributed at the Big Breakfast events.
TOA Global is honoured by the support of our Big Breakfast 2025 partners who participated in the events: ATOmate, FuseWorks, Heffron, Intuit QuickBooks, Practice Protect, Spotlight Reporting, and The Gap.
More than a morning of good food and helpful conversations, each Big Breakfast event reminded us of the power of community and professional connections across the TOA Global network.
Each year, TOA Global organises exclusive events for clients such as the Big Breakfast series and the TOAcon growth summit, which will take place this year from 30 November to 2 December at the Shangri-la Boracay in the Philippines.
