Sarah Stone to direct and manage the new business service’s strategic and operational business activities
TOA Global is pleased to announce that Sarah Stone has joined the company as TOA Academy General Manager, Australia and New Zealand, effective Jan. 12, 2021.
While based on the Gold Coast, Australia, Sarah will direct and manage TOA Global Academy’s strategic and operational business activities for the delivery of outstanding training services to our clients in the accounting and bookkeeping industry.
As a result, clients will benefit from team members who have completed a 360-degree training plan that covers soft and technical skills, and mandatory compliance training. This training has incorporated both client and team members’ needs, challenges and knowledge gaps, and ensures consistency for all team members, no matter which client they work for.
Sarah will also steer the Academy’s future as a preferred industry partner, through strong, credible market presence supported by outstanding business results.
She is passionate about the creation of measurable organizational learning and employee experiences that link to higher levels of business effectiveness, people performance and engagement. She has extensive experience in change programs that transform capability in organizations through the implementation of development strategy, culture, leadership, and capability frameworks.
Prior to joining TOA Global, Sarah was the Head of Learning & Development for SYKES, a pioneer in exceptional customer care and support, and leading provider of multichannel demand generation and customer engagement services for Global 2000 companies.
She has earned several diplomas and certifications, such as Diploma of Vocational Education & Training, Education (Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology), Prosci Certified Practitioner, Change Management (Prosci), and Certificate IV Training & Education (MRWED). She will report to Megan Reed, CPO of TOA Global and TOA Global Academy.
