We’re thrilled to announce the appointment of our new Chief People Officer, Jeremy Clements, who stepped into the position on 13 February 2023.
Jeremy initially joined TOA Global as the Global Executive Vice President of People Experience, before making the transition to CPO.
In the short time he was in his previous role, it become self-evident that he was precisely the person needed to lead our People Strategy now and into the future.
With over 20 years of C-suite experience, Jeremy has considerable achievements in transformation across multiple human-centred organizations and a deep knowledge of the People function, including human resources, industrial relations, remuneration and benefits, payroll, recruitment, well-being, safety, employee engagement and learning and development.
Jeremy is based in our Gold Coast Head Office and we’re honoured to have him continue to bring his valuable expertise and knowledge to his new role.
With his experience and commitment to providing clear and compelling outcomes that make people the heart and soul of a company, we’re proud to have him lead our People Experience team, as we continue to grow and strive to amplify the human experience.
