TOA Global has been recognized as one of The Philippines’ Best Employers 2027 by the business intelligence platform Statista and the Philippine Daily Inquirer, who based their choices on employee feedback.
Thirty-eight of the 300 public and private employers listed come from the business process outsourcing industry, and TOA belongs to the top seven within this group. Overall, TOA Global ranked 72nd out of the 300 organizations listed.
Statista surveyed more than 10,000 employees in companies with at least 250 full-time staff to identify the top 300. The winning organizations operate across 28 industries, including engineering, healthcare, insurance, logistics, and software.
“When people feel supported and empowered to grow, they do their best work—sometimes surprising themselves in the process when they see how they’ve underestimated what they can do,” said Jeremy Clements, TOA’s Chief Executive Officer.
“We are honored to create opportunities for talented accounting and finance professionals, while helping our clients build strong, stable teams for the future.”
Outsourcing in the Philippines: what to sustain
This year’s survey embedded “questions on employees’ familiarity with artificial intelligence, its perceived impact on their careers, and concerns about job displacement,” the Inquirer wrote when it announced the results on October 21.
“For jobseekers, the ranking offers an additional source of information when considering prospective workplaces. For employers, it highlights the importance of listening to staff and sustaining practices that support employee satisfaction and development.”
This is the fifth edition of The Philippines’ Best Employers list. TOA Global is in 72nd place, just after IBM (71) and ahead of Big 4 professional services organizations PwC Philippines (136) and EY Philippines (189).
The list also includes 31 banking and financial services organizations, such as the Central Bank of the Philippines (12), JPMorgan Chase (67), American Express (130), Asian Development Bank (147), and PayPal (163).
An offshore team's long-term growth
This recognition highlights TOA’s ongoing commitment to building a workplace and an accounting community where people can thrive and do meaningful work.
It comes nearly 13 years after Australian entrepreneur Nick Sinclair began hiring in the Philippines to support his accounting and financial services practice’s needs—a game-changing service that other accounting firms soon asked for.
Today, TOA Global operates in four cities in the Philippines (Cebu, Clark, Manila, and Tarlac), with clients getting to choose whether to have their offshore teams working fully in-office, fully remote, or on a hybrid arrangement.
Our clients’ support and concern for their offshore team’s long-term career growth and wellbeing inspire TOA to keep innovating. This year, that includes significant investments in AI-enhanced accounting tools, talent attraction, and training.
TOA’s verified candidate platform, TalentX, is a finalist in the AI Innovator-Human Resources category of the Australian AI Awards 2026.
TOAcon, our international client conference, won a Bronze in the Best Event by an In-House Team category of The Marketing Events Awards 2026.
