Tobey Quoss to lead operations, customer success and expansion in North America
TOA Global is pleased to announce the appointment of Tobey Quoss as its new Executive Vice-President for Growth, effective September 13, 2021. Tobey will take a leading role in driving customer success and expansion into the North American market as well as scaling the business operation in the region.
Tobey joins TOA with extensive sales leadership and customer support experience. She most recently served as the Sales Director for Gabbart Communications, one of the leading education companies in the U.S., where she was responsible for business planning, creating annual sales goals, forecasting sales and developing marketing strategies. She has also held multiple leadership roles in various industries, including education, transportation and technology, demonstrating her ability to drive programs that exceed goals and lead teams toward overall success.
A native of Oklahoma, Tobey received a bachelor’s degree in business management from Northeastern State University and later earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix. She has also spent more than two decades specializing in business development and operations management to deliver forward-thinking, innovative, and professional results.

Tobey is based in Fort Worth, Texas, and will be working closely with Stephen Watts, TOA’s General Manager of Australia and New Zealand, to drive consistency and growth, globally.
