This is the total number of graduates since 2021, when we launched the program through Ab2 Institute of Accounting, our registered training organisation in Australia and the learning and development division of TOA Global.

Simply put, the program gives candidates an introduction to Australian accounting, which significantly speeds up their onboarding on your firm’s tasks and processes.
We have regular Accelerator Program cohorts throughout the year, so you can find a graduate who can start quicker than the usual recruitment process.

Experienced accounting talent
2+ years of PH accounting or bookkeeping work experience is required before an individual is admitted to the Accelerator Program.
Skilled support
Participants complete 250+ hours in Australian accounting practices and standards, taught by award-winning accounting professionals and vocational education and training (VET) experts.
Accounting software skills
Accelerator Program participants also learn Xero or MYOB to complement the software skills previously gained from their local experience.

Offshore accountants with the skills to support Australian firms
All TOA Global team members are enrolled in TOA Learning Pathways, through which they receive technical courses, success skills courses, and further software training, so they grow in value and can take on more complex tasks for their clients.
Three tracks are available in the Accelerator Program for professionals who want to work with Australian businesses.
These tracks are:
Generalist Accountants
Participants learn, among other skills, to lodge business activity statements and instalment activity statements; use the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) portal; and prepare compliant individual and company tax returns. This lasts for 7 weeks.
Bookkeepers
Participants learn about goods and services tax, payroll, and superannuation, and more. This program runs for 5 weeks.
SMSF Accountants
Participants deep dive into individual tax returns, SMSF annual returns, SMSF compliance, ATO portal usage and more.
