TOA Global is pleased to announce an exciting leadership evolution that will steer the business toward achieving its goals for the rest of the year and beyond, ensuring continued success.
On 1 November 2023, Nick Sinclair stepped into the role of CEO once more with a focus on supporting the evolving needs of our clients and team members, bringing an enriched people-first strategy into focus.
Over this time, Nick has strengthened TOA Global with:
- Team Member numbers now reaching over 4,000.
- The expansion of our footprint in Cebu as we celebrate a second office opening at the end of July 2024.
- An international client base that has grown to 1,100+ across the U.S., Australia and New Zealand.
As we move into the second half of the year, TOA Global is excited to announce that Jeremy Clements will be promoted from Chief Operating Officer into the CEO role from today 15 July 2024.
Jeremy’s strength in proven people leadership coupled with multinational experience and his depth of knowledge of the business, positions him to continue to grow TOA Global into the season ahead. Jeremy has 20+ years of C-Suite experience and has achieved repeated people and business success across a myriad of industries internationally with well-known brands such as the Woolworths Group, PepsiCo and Collins Foods Limited (operator of KFC and Taco Bell franchises in several regions).
