Building a high-performing offshore team starts with attracting great people and looking after them.
That is why TOA Global is proud to have earned a place in one of Southeast Asia’s most respected workplace rankings.
For 2026, TOA has placed 73rd in the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work for in Southeast Asia.
This is only the second time that Fortune and Great Place to Work have released this list for Southeast Asia.
The list draws from confidential employee responses across 10 countries to the Great Place to Work’s Trust Index Survey.
“Being named among the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work for in Southeast Asia is both a collective achievement and a shared responsibility,” said TOA Global Chief Executive Officer Jeremy Clements.
“We’re proud of it, but we’re even more focused on what we can build together next.”
Best companies to work for
The recognition is based on employee feedback and follows TOA’s certification as a Great Place to Work (GPTW) in the Philippines in both 2025 and 2026.
The ranking highlights the culture behind more than 4,200 accounting, bookkeeping, audit and finance professionals who support over 1,100 firms and businesses across Australia, New Zealand, North America and other international markets.
The same employee feedback formed the basis for the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work for in Southeast Asia, a list that includes the DHL Group, McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, American Express, and SC Johnson.
The Fortune 100 list honors employers where “leaders communicate honestly, treat employees fairly, and act on what they say. Only companies where that experience is consistently strong across all roles make the cut.”
Why workplace culture matters
For accounting firms, talent remains one of the profession’s biggest challenges.
Finding skilled people is hard. Keeping them is harder.
Turnover disrupts client work, particularly during busy season. Team members who feel supported and valued are more likely to stay, which helps businesses keep continuity and teams that knows their clients.
A strong workplace culture is one of the reasons companies choose to partner with TOA.
What this means for firms outsourcing accounting and finance work
“Great cultures don’t develop by accident. They require trust, a shared purpose, and thousands of everyday connections between colleagues who care about one another and the customers they serve,” said Chief Customer Officer Mareta Akari.
“When people feel supported and valued, they deliver exceptional outcomes for customers. Thank you to our team members and wonderful clients who’ve helped shape this achievement.”
Recognition across the region
The Fortune recognition follows TOA’s recent nclusion in The Philippines’ Best Employers 2027, a ranking compiled by Statista and published by the Philippine Daily Inquirer.
Together, these recognitions reflect TOA’s ongoing investment in the people, culture and support systems that underpin successful offshore accounting teams.
