TOA Global is delighted to announce that we have received the Bronze Award for Excellence in Employee Engagement in the 2025 HR Excellence Awards.
It’s an achievement we share with our 1,100+ global clients, who support engagement programs that ensure their outsourced accounting teams’ wellbeing and work-life balance.
Out of 10 finalists, TOA Global joined fellow winners PLDT and Smart (Gold) and Startek Philippines (Silver), following a rigorous deliberation by 13 human resources and talent acquisition industry leaders.
This is TOA Global’s first HR Excellence Award application and builds on the momentum from our Great Place to Work certification first at the start of 2025.
Accounting in Australia continues to face challenges like the ever-pressing talent shortage, as more accountants are retiring or changing careers.
Yet open-minded and innovative accounting practice leaders have expanded their capacity and grown their businesses with outsourced teams. By doing this, they’ve created more jobs and opportunities, including leadership roles, for their onshore team as well.

The awards for Excellence in Employee Engagement honor organisations that have “demonstrated a clear understanding of employee needs and preferences and have implemented initiatives that prioritize employee voice and recognition.”
This category’s winners were chosen for programs that increase job satisfaction, empower more people to be productive, and encourage them to stay with their organisation.
Among the winners are the largest organisations in the Philippines in telecommunications, banking, and fintech—businesses like Globe Telecom, Amazon Operations Services Philippines, FedEx Philippines, PwC Acceleration Center, Bank of the Philippine Islands, PLDT and Smart, and Maya.
