Some Filipino staff were inclined to be deferential to authority and less so with asking clarifying questions. Badger CPA took it as a chance for cultural enrichment, rolling out training for US managers to gain a deeper appreciation of Filipino communication styles.

Badger CPA now operates as a 58-person firm with exactly the 50% outsourcing ratio they targeted. Alongside an expanded service offering and a company acquisition, the firm’s offshore team contributed to their revenue growth of $7.5M from $2M.
