TOA Global Appoints Chief Marketing Officer

DevMakh CMO

Leaders of TOA Global are excited to announce the appointment of Dev Makh, a seasoned commercial marketing leader, as Chief Marketing Officer effective 1 June 2026.

“This appointment reflects our ambitions and the implementation of our global strategic plan,” Chief Executive Officer Jeremy Clements said in announcing the appointment.

“Dev’s mandate is to build and lead a world-class marketing engine that accelerates brand awareness, drives new client and talent acquisition, and strengthens our position as the leading provider of elite accounting and finance talent to international firms and teams.”

This appointment comes at a pivotal time for the accounting profession. Firms across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and beyond continue to navigate sustained talent shortages, changing client expectations, and rapid advances in technology.

Elite accounting talent for forward-looking firms

Since 2013, TOA Global has connected accounting practices and international accounting teams with the experienced accounting talent they need, so they can build scalable capacity by combining offshoring, automation, and more intelligent operating models.

Dev joins TOA Global with more than 30 years of commercial marketing leadership across professional services, recruitment, technology, healthcare, real estate and global B2B environments.

He has led businesses as CMO across more than 30 international markets, including Australia and New Zealand, North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

“His career is defined by a consistent pattern: entering complex, high-growth situations and building the marketing infrastructure that delivers measurable results. That track record aligns directly with what TOA needs at this stage of our growth,” the CEO said.

Building future-ready accounting teams

Dev’s career also includes senior marketing leadership roles at Reed Personnel Services, the UK’s leading recruitment and professional services group, where he managed employer brand, candidate attraction, and client acquisition simultaneously across 13 specialist businesses and 131 offices in Europe, Singapore, and Australia.

As accounting practices and teams continue to balance talent, technology, and growth, TOA Global remains committed to helping our clients build future-ready teams—and accountants build more rewarding global careers—by providing the systems, support, and continuous learning needed to thrive in an evolving profession.
