The leadership of TOA Global, a leading provider of accounting talent to international firms, has appointed talent solutions industry leader Chico Inong as our Country Manager for the Philippines.
His appointment “reaffirms our commitment to globally local leadership,” said TOA Global CEO Craig Mansell.
“It’s about being globally connected and locally focused. We learnt through the pandemic how important this is to our clients, people and business. His appointment is a major strategic advantage for us to concentrate on our customers’ success.”
Chico’s appointment took effect in early October. Before joining TOA Global, he held leadership positions over the last 20 years in multi-site operations, service delivery, and customer experience (CX) excellence.
“He has been where we are going, and most importantly shares our values and vision on how to get there,” Craig said.
Ben Vickers, TOA Global Chief Delivery Officer, pointed out that aside from his vast experience in dealing with global companies, Chico’s edge comes from his deep understanding of “the regions, people, culture, and communities” in the Philippines.
TOA Global has grown to more than 3,000 team members supporting over 1,000 international clients in the last nine years. Customer success and operational excellence are at the center of the company’s expansion plans, and Chico will play a key role in making sure the team delivers both.
As Country Manager, Chico will lead four sites in Clark, Manila, Tarlac and Cebu.
“My job is to serve and lead so others can achieve their goals,” he said.
