TOA Global is excited to announce the appointment of George Lee as our North American President, a key development as the business connects more U.S. accounting firms with the experienced accountants, bookkeepers, and finance professionals they need.
With his stellar record in customer experience, sales management, and training, George will lead TOA Global North America’s campaign to help more firms see the value they can unlock by outsourcing. His appointment takes effect in January 2024.
“More firms are seeing how essential outsourcing and offshoring are to their growth strategies. The Rosenberg Survey found that 44% of firms with annual turnover of USD$5 million were already outsourcing in 2023 and many firms are considering it as well,” said TOA Global Founder and CEO Nick Sinclair.

George has held leadership roles in client services and corporate accounts in large healthcare and pharmaceutical corporations, such as AmerisourceBergen and Johnson & Johnson. Before he completed his degree in engineering management, George’s military training taught him how to accomplish actual leaps of faith.
“I graduated from West Point and served as a U.S. Army Officer for eight years. I’ve jumped out of airplanes, rappelled out of helicopters, and served over in Kuwait.”
