These solutions include making optimal use of technology, as well as building high-performance global teams so that firms can grow their capacity, become more profitable, and win back time for more impactful work.

In its first decade, TOA Global has helped more than 1,000 firms grow and made it possible for more than 3,400 accountants to build more rewarding careers.

In 2018, Nick founded the Ab² Institute of Accounting, a registered training organisation that provides qualifications and short courses, so that accountants and the firms they work with can stay up to date in their technical, software, and leadership skills.
