Rachael brings more than two decades of enterprise talent leadership to the role, with a career that spans some of the world’s most recognized organizations, including Xero, BHP, Woolworths, and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Her experience reaches across North and South America, Australia and New Zealand, Asia, and Europe, giving her a genuinely global perspective that reflects the markets TOA Global serves.

Throughout her career, Rachael has built and led large-scale talent functions that deliver measurable results. She’s led talent acquisition across three global organizations — from high-volume annual recruitment up to 40,000 to complex multi-country hiring — pioneering AI, video interviewing, and automated shortlisting.
Her work has been recognized across the talent industry, including awards for Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion, Best Careers Website, and Top Graduate Employer in Mining and Metals.
