Team members feel valued when they’re part of the team and they know why they’re doing something, why in the process do they have to do it this way, versus just telling them.

Offshoring is definitely a positive for me because I don’t have to deal with those administrative matters. You guys handle all of that for us. You guys make sure the (remote team members) have a nice culture, a nice office to work in … they have the tools that are needed, they get performance reviews … you guys know that country and that culture and what makes them thrive.
